We could not be more pleased with Heat-con systems. Every company employee with whom we interacted was efficient and courteous, whether it was answering our questions or installing the system. The sales consultant was knowledgeable about the system options and helped us to make the smartest choices. We were kept informed of the installers’ schedule by phone and email, and all the work was done so carefully by very pleasant technicians.
They called ahead of time several days out and again about 30 minutes before they arrived. Their work was neat and clean and even caught a few mistakes made from other visits by different installers.
