Heat-Con Systems was initially established in 1969 in Karachi (Pakistan) as a Unigas company dealing in home appliances. Manufacturing items like geezers, ovens, stoves, etc., the company remained a leading vendor of home appliances for renowned organizations like Singer Pakistan, Siemens Pakistan, etc.  in the following decades.

Sensing the need of introducing an efficient heating mechanism in colder regions (such as northern areas) of Pakistan, Heat-Con Systems ventured into 'Hydro-Electric Central Heating Systems’ in 1999, and brought forth energy efficient, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) certified equipment for the purpose.

Since Islamabad - the capital city of Pakistan - effectively serves as a hub to access the regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and the country's northern parts, the company in 1998 decided to move its head office to the city's business center of Blue Area. Introducing 'Hydro-Electric Central Heating Systems' as one of the pioneers in Pakistan, the company imported the profiles of top-most leading brands from all over the world - such as BAXI from Spain, Radiant, Giacomini, IMAS and Caleido from Italy, and IVT from Germany - as their sole-distributor in the country.

Following the move, the company expanded its branches to Lahore and Rawalpindi in 2003, Quetta in 2005, and then finally to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir in 2009. The organization today proudly holds nearly 12000 semi-corporate and more than 500 corporate satisfied clients from all over the country with whom the company engages in business on regular basis. Apart from installations for notable corporate and semi-corporate clients, the company has instated its central heating systems and cooling systems in many residential schemes and plazas as well. In other words, it can safely be said that Heat-Con has so far directly or indirectly facilitated the installations of a large number of hydro-electric central heating systems of its total market-share in Pakistan. In 2013, the organization's focus shifted from running its own branches to establishing a network of dealers across Pakistan. The company then started offering dealership rights to its own technical workforce, encouraging them to opt for self-employment and hence providing them opportunities to grow further. As a result of this initiative, the company today holds about 90 dealers covering the country's landscape, with 15 dealers each spread across the big cities like Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar dealing in heating systems and an even more impressive number of dealers in Karachi/Sindh dealing in cooling systems. As expected, the move effectively entrenched the company’s presence across nearly all major regions of Pakistan.

In line with its vision of providing energy-efficient solutions, Heat-Con also introduced Unitherm as its subsidiary brand in 2013, establishing it as one of the pioneers in Pakistan, importing energy-efficient uPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows and doors from deceuninck (Belgium), which is recognized around the world as a global leader in extrusion of uPVC profiles. As the sole distributor of deceuninck in Pakistan, Unitherm today is dealing in a wide range of brand’s product variety (openable, sliding, tilting and turning windows and doors) and architectural colors, offering assurance of energy-efficiency through the range of its high-end to budgetary solutions.  (Click here to visit Unitherm website).

Riding on the waves of success, Heat-Con Systems now aims to build upon its accomplishments further in the future; and with its motto ‘We’re not comfortable until you are’, the company has already set its sights to achieve new heights of excellence and customer satisfaction.
