Established in 2013, Unitherm today is the country’s sole-distributor importing and selling uPVC profile items of deceuninck (Belgium), which is globally recognized as a world leader in extrusion of uPVC profiles. Following the move, the company soon realized the need of a bigger fabrication facility having more space for manufacturing and product display. The idea finally came to life in 2018 with the establishment of a bigger fabrication unit in Rawat Industrial Area. This new state-of-the-art fabrication facility, which was equipped with highest-quality imported machines and manufacturing tools from Germany, is now producing the complete variety of deceuninck's uPVC profile in terms of product range, architectural colors and style.

Aimed at maintaining highest standard of fabrication at every step, Unitherm is importing and using the hardware of Assa Abloy (Sweden) and Wink-House (Germany) - two leading locking and fixing system manufacturers of the world which are officially designated for built-in hardware that is used in grooving and fixing of deceuninck profile items.

Furthermore, it is also ensured that all the technical workforce engaged in fabrication unit of Unitherm is professionally trained on international standards. In view of the given objective, an expert team of technical instructors from Belgium visits the Unitherm facility every three to six months and imparts upgradation training to the unit’s workmen, equipping them with updated knowledge and latest techniques of fabrication, while giving them hands-on-practice on highest-quality fabrication machines which are specially imported from Germany to ensure fabrication precision.

In addition, the Unitherm fabrication facility in Rawat now also exclusively exhibits model rooms and model houses showcasing optimum quality output of deceuninck uPVC profile, which makes them weather resistant, fire resistant, termite resistant, thermal insulated, sound proof, dust proof and echo-friendly.
